Cindy Lou Who.

Cindy Lou Who was one of 500+ dogs who was rescued from a puppy mill in September 2011. She has been in foster care since December, learning what being a dog in a loving home is really all about.

Cindy Lou Who escaped from her backyard on April 22nd but was found just days later, on April 27th, in a heart stopping rescue on the Queensway in Ottawa, ON. Unfortunately Cindy Lou had been hit by a car, and the result was a broken femur.

A lot of people have been asking how they can donate directly to help us with Cindy Lou Who's surgery, so a fund has been created for her. Simply click this link to be directed to our donations page, choose Canada Helps, and you will see the Cindy Lou Who fund.

Hopeful Hearts has funded several orthopedic surgeries in the past 8 weeks (Surrey, Beckham, and Rosie to name a few), so any amount you can donate will be amazing and extremely helpful to us. We have been so touched by the help Cindy Lou received during her "adventure" this week, and we thank everyone for their continued support.
